Agilos is seeking a highly skilled Talend Consultant with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions using Talend's suite of tools. Familiarity with Qlik is a plus, as it complements our data analytics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Talend tools.

• Design, develop, and implement robust data integration (ETL) processes from various sources into target systems.

• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability to meet business needs and SLAs.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Talend best practices to project teams and stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.

• Document technical specifications, design patterns, and implementation details for future reference.

• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in Talend and Qlik ecosystems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and BI developers, to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, Data Quality, and Talend Administration.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, S3, Snowflake).

• Experience with ETL design patterns, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.

• Familiarity with Talend Cloud Data Fabric (Data Preparation, Data Stewardship, Talend Remote Engine) is a plus.

• Experience with other data integration tools (e.g., Microsoft SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Fabric, Qlik Cloud Data Integration) is a plus.

• Knowledge of QlikView or Qlik Sense is a nice-to-have.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Talend or related technology certification is preferred.

• Experience working in Agile or iterative development methodologies is a plus.
