As a BI Business Developer and Key Account Manager, you'll lead the charge in accelerating our presence in Luxembourg by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Your role


You’ll go to the market to sell software licenses and business projects. You do that by actively prospecting (social media, cold calling, cold mailing) and by attending networking events. You’re responsible for the complete sales process from A to Z. As an account manager you’ll act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction. Next to the commercial tasks, you also do a strict follow-up on your administration.

Your challenges

In your role you will:

  • Inspire our customers of the valuable contribution that our BI solutions can do to help them make better business decisions.

  • Focus on BI optimization for existing and new customers.

  • Provide targeted and professional advice, supported by appropriate structures and processes.

  • Prospect companies with a view to optimize their BI management.

  • Take care of new cooperation contracts that you as an account manager, closely follow up.

  • Participate at relevant network events and you also manage your own network where you profile yourself as a professional partner.

  • Acquire a place in various professional environments thanks to your expertise, your personal enthusiasm, your persuasiveness, and your distinct social skills.

  • Report directly to the Sales and Operations Manager

Your talents

  • Bachelor master’s degree and a passion for IT & Business Solutions

  • Experience in a growing SME within the same sector

  • Successful sales tracks in selling ICT Solutions or services

  • Affinity with customers in our target group

  • Interested in the contribution and insights that our data solutions can provide to business decisions

  • Technically and price-wise aware of the market and our competitors

  • A commercial creative who succeeds in making companies enthusiastic about our solutions

  • Customer oriented

  • Independent and problem-solving attitude

  • A team player who always strives the best result

  • Dutch or French speaking, and you can express yourself fluently in English
